We work at an hourly rate of only £70 per hour, less than
half most solicitors' charging rate.
We offer a fixed fee for some items of work.
During the initial
free appointment, we will review with you your personal facts and circumstances, discuss the options which may be appropriate
for you, and provide you with a fee quote.
You
always know the price of work you have agreed to have done and there are no nasty surprises. We advise the cost of each step
in advance so you can decide how much help you want.
Once you have a price it is fixed. We do not
charge for each phone call, email and letter.
We do not take over the whole case and charge you
for writing to tell you nothing has happened. We only charge for proper work agreed and paid for in advance.
We cannot offer Public Funding even to those on benefits.
