We advise you fully before your day at court and help you prepare all necessary paperwork.
We meet you at court and make sure you are in the right place at the right time.
We negotiate with your opponents as necessary and liaise with court staff before the hearing.
We are beside you during the hearing and explain what is happening and advise what to do next.

What does McKenzie Friend mean?
The position of McKenzie Friend is named after the case of that name
where someone who was not a solicitor helped throughout the hearing.
The concept and role is fully
recognised by courts and judges up and down the country being encouraged as a way of allowing people to represent
themselves with expert guidance.
After all, nobody knows the case like you do and nobody will fight harder.
Experience and know-how.
With many years experience representing and supporting people in divorces,
children cases, financial and property disputes, debt claims and tribunal hearings we can offer full support at a fraction

We have been able
to help people in all levels of court from County Court to High Court to Court of Appeal.
We help with procedure,
paperwork and protocol giving you the best chance to have your say.
